A major consideration for us during our house construction was where to store our wine.  

For our whites we went with a U-Line under counter wine cooler.  For our reds, I wish we found the folks at Closet Wine Cellars before construction.  They will definitely be a part of our next house.

Also, this is a good idea to cool a small room for a wine cellar.  Check out the koolR small cooling unit.

Good country ham is difficult to find.  Perhaps no longer.  Check out Benton’s "Smoky Mountain Country Hams"  The bacon and prosciutto look quite yummy as well.
