Rush Theta Chi 1958 front cover I originally found this while still living in the old Theta Chi house.  I was in the attic…I have no idea why…during rush work week.  Recently I “re-found’ the booklet in an old file.

351-JUNK

Combine three uber creative guys; questionable business acumen; a hyper growth business plan and a depleted bank account you get a recipe for "Three Men & A Dumpster."

To this day, this story of Rich, Dan & Jeff remains as one of the all-time funniest stories from our time at Georgia Tech.

1 September 2008 - 8:40From the ‘way back’ machine – I was there…"The Slide"

braves

It was late on a mid-October evening in Atlanta.  The Pirates had taken a 2-0 lead into the bottom of the ninth, when their season imploded.  After giving up a sac-fly run to Ron Gant earlier in the 9th; David Justice was on third, Sid Bream on second and Damon Berryhill on third.  An unlikely hero stepped up to the plate.  Back-up catcher and pinch-hitter Francisco Cabrera, the last position player on the Atlanta bench, singled to left to score Justice and – just ahead of Barry Bonds’ throw – Bream.
